A fictional demo site by AlphaBlue. Fon, her studio and every figure below are invented.

Sriracha, Chonburi · By appointment

One room, one client, and somebody counting your reps.

I'm Fon. I train one person at a time, for ninety minutes, in a room that has one of everything. No membership, no contract, and no floor full of strangers.

Competing
1st place, Women’s Physique — Chonburi Provincial Championships, 2023(fictional)
It means I have done the boring version of this to myself, on a deadline, with someone counting. Not that I will make you compete.
Qualification
B.Sc. Food and Nutrition, 2019 — a public university here in Chonburi(fictional)
Four years, mostly biochemistry. It is why I will not sell you a detox.
Coaching since
2019 — five years on a commercial gym floor before this room opened in 2024
Roughly 4,000 sessions. Most of them with people who had never touched a barbell.

I have a nutrition degree, not a medical licence. I write eating plans for healthy people who want to lose fat or put on muscle. If you have diabetes, kidney disease, an eating disorder, or you are pregnant, I will send you to a doctor or a hospital dietitian. That is not me being careful — it is the actual limit of what my degree covers.

I am not a physiotherapist. If something hurts right now, see one first. Bring me their notes and I will train around it.

The room

There is one of everything. That is exactly enough for one client at a time, which is all I train.

What I coach

Tell me what you're actually trying to do. There are five answers.

How long it takes

Nobody quits in month four.

They quit in week three, because nothing has happened yet. Here is the real order things happen in, so you can decide now whether you want it.

If you need to look different for something in three weeks, I am not the person, and nor is anyone else.

  1. Week 1–2You are sore, and you sleep better. Nothing visible.
  2. Week 3–4The weights go up. Still nothing visible. This is where most people quit.
  3. Week 6–8Roughly one 10-pack at twice a week. Your clothes fit differently.
  4. Month 4–6Other people start saying something.

Before you pay anything

The first twenty minutes are free, and you don't train.

You look at the room, I ask what you want and what has gone wrong before, and either of us can say no. Nobody pays anybody at the end of it.

17:00 and 18:45 book out about two weeks ahead. 06:00 and 09:30 are usually open this week. If you can train in the morning, you can start on Monday.
